Color Edits


I chose to do a couple different color edits on the same picture to show how you can manipulate one photo to have a different feel.
 The above is a custom color I created by adjusting the colors for the shadow and highlights.  I think this one is my favorite.
 This was the original photo

This was a black and white or color removal.  I removed the color to create a grey scale effect.








This was an attempt at layers and light.....still figuring out GIMP

    Excellent work on these.

    I really prefer the first image, because I really like abstract art. This version of the photograph serves to illustrate the painterly qualities that can be achieved in Photoshop. The black and white is cool too, with all of the different levels of gray.

    Can't quite tell what's going on with the layers photo… Keep on trying.
